PB11.5 always crashing with PVCS

We are having terrible trouble getting PB11.5 to work properly with PVCS 6.8.10. PB9 worked fine. When checking in files, PB says it hasn't checked in but it has. Hi, I use on a other Server Sysam. Now I will use the new FlexNet 11.7 LicenseServer. The License-File from Sybase doen't compatible. What can I do? Is there anyone use the FlexNet 11.7 with lmadmin?
