I cant get my head around how to program a set of responses to initiate the interactive selection of an AV channel on my Pansonic Vierra TV using the 520. Anyone help ?

I just use the Foxtel IQ remote.
Runs the TV, DVD and sound system just fine.
Has a learning function too, which is not tedious at all.
I had this problem also and rang customer support who were able to help me out. I also had another problem of changing the aspect ratio which they are still looking at (they even rang me from Canada and spoke for over an hour). Their customer support is second to none so give them a call.
